1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MotoClub Los Angeles website at www.MotoClubLA.com (“Site”) and any transactions or services arranged through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

MotoClub Los Angeles is a licensed motorcycle dealership and service center located in Los Angeles, California. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our Site.

2. Pricing & Inventory

All prices displayed on this Site are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes, registration fees, documentation fees, or other government charges. Final pricing is confirmed at the dealership.

The following apply to all pricing and inventory listings:

  • Advertised prices are not guaranteed and may reflect manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) or dealer discount pricing.
  • Typographical or pricing errors on the Site do not obligate MotoClub Los Angeles to honor incorrect prices.
  • Inventory shown online may not reflect real-time availability. Contact us to confirm availability before visiting.
  • All new and pre-owned motorcycle sales are subject to California DMV fees, smog (if applicable), and sales tax based on your residence county.
  • Financing is available through our lending partners Synchrony Bank and Octane Lending. All financing is subject to credit approval by the applicable lender and is not guaranteed by MotoClub Los Angeles.
  • Synchrony Bank financing is available. Approved applicants receive a Synchrony Powersports credit account. Terms, rates, and promotions are set by Synchrony Bank and are subject to change. Synchrony Bank is an independent lender; its terms and privacy practices are governed by Synchrony’s own agreements.
  • Octane Lending is available for motorcycle and powersports unit purchases. Octane provides instant pre-qualification. Final loan terms are determined by Octane upon full credit review. Octane is an independent lender; its terms and privacy practices are governed by Octane’s own agreements.
  • Any monthly payment estimates shown on this Site are for illustration purposes only and do not constitute a financing offer or guarantee. Actual rates, terms, and monthly payments will be determined by the applicable lender based on your creditworthiness and the amount financed.

3. Online Orders & Reservations

Receipt of an order confirmation, reservation request, or deposit via this Site does not constitute final acceptance of an order or a binding offer to sell. MotoClub Los Angeles reserves the right to cancel any order prior to delivery for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability. You will be notified promptly and any deposit refunded.

The following apply to all online transactions:

  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason.
  • Orders for parts, accessories, and apparel must be authorized before processing. You will be notified of backorders or substitutions.
  • Credit card verification may be required prior to order fulfillment.
  • A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions. This surcharge is not greater than our cost of acceptance. No surcharge applies to debit card or cash payments.

4. Service Center

MotoClub Los Angeles provides motorcycle repair and maintenance services. By dropping off a vehicle for service, you agree to the following:

  • A service advisor will provide a written estimate before work begins. Authorization is required before any work exceeding the estimate is performed.
  • MotoClub Los Angeles is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or items not included in the authorized repair order.
  • Storage charges of $35.00 per day will apply starting 2 days after completion of work. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you upon service completion.
  • All service work is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of completion. This guarantee covers the specific repair performed and does not apply to unrelated or pre-existing conditions.
  • California law (Bureau of Automotive Repair regulations) governs all service transactions. You have the right to request the return of replaced parts.
  • Estimates are not guarantees. Final charges may vary if hidden or additional issues are discovered during service. We will contact you before proceeding.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Parts, Accessories & Apparel

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with receipt. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Electrical parts, special-order items, and installed parts are non-returnable.

Motorcycle Sales

All motorcycle sales are final once the buyer has taken delivery and signed all required documents. Pre-purchase inspections are encouraged. We do not accept vehicle returns except as required by California law.

Online Orders (Parts & Accessories)

  • Returns postmarked within 30 days of shipment date.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrectly shipped.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds credited to original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt.

6. Sales Tax

MotoClub Los Angeles is required by California law to collect applicable sales tax on all taxable transactions, including vehicle sales, parts, accessories, and labor (where applicable). Tax rates vary by jurisdiction and will be calculated at the time of sale.

7. Communications & SMS

By providing your phone number or email address to MotoClub Los Angeles, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry, purchase, service appointment, or account. You may opt out at any time.

  • Text STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Text HELP for assistance.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  • You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us at Info@MotoClubLA.com.
  • Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase.
  • No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Acceptable Website Use

Your use of this Site is granted for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or exploit any content from this Site without written permission.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to collect data from the Site.
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or server infrastructure.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

THIS SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MOTOCLUB LOS ANGELES DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW.

Vehicle descriptions, specifications, and features are based on manufacturer information and may not reflect actual units in inventory. We encourage all customers to verify specifications in person before purchase.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, MotoClub Los Angeles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or any transaction conducted through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service at issue.

11. Privacy

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

MotoClub Los Angeles reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
